Preparedness Tips. Know Before You Go!

  • STEP 1: Prepurchase Play Tickets Online.

Reservations are highly recommended. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Open play hours can vary. Please check play calendar for daily open play hours.

Saturday & Sunday open play hours may vary depending on private party bookings. Always check play schedule for availability.

  • STEP 2: Complete Your Waiver Form.

We strongly suggest that all guests complete the waiver form PRIOR to arrival. This will help make your check-in process seamless without any wait time. EVERY adult entering the facility needs a signed waiver and EVERY child must be on an adult waiver. No exceptions.

  • STEP 3: Bring Your Socks or Purchase Onsite.

ALL guests must wear socks in the playground, INCLUDING adults. We are a sock only facility. For sanitation purposes and to help keep our play areas clean, shoes must be removed upon entry and socks must be worn by all guests at all times. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the playground. Bring your own socks, non-skid socks are recommended but not required. Socks are also available for purchase at $4/pair, if needed.

  • STEP 4: Light Snacks Allowed/Snack Bar Onsite.

Feel free to bring your own snack foods and drinks OR purchase from our Marketplace Snack Bar. We offer kid-friendly snacks, various beverages including fountain drinks, juice, milk, coffee and sweet treats prepared by our local Marketplace partners, Baker’s Dozen Donuts and My Dessert Designs.

  • STEP 5: Accepted Onsite Payments.

We Have Gone Digital. Credit Card or Mobile Payments Only.

To help streamline our guest services, we are only able to accept credit card or mobile payment apps such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. onsite. We do not accept cash payments or keep cash on-hand.

  • STEP 6: Strollers Not Permitted.

In an effort to keep our play areas and walking paths free from obstruction, strollers are not allowed past the reception area.

We appreciate your understanding and ask that you please make accommodations to prepare accordingly for the best possible experience.

  • 7. Be Respectful of Others.

Please be considerate of others and do not bring in children that have a fever, runny nose, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, scratchy throat, unknown rash, discharge from eye(s), or an illness being treated with antibiotics for less than 24 hours.

Any children with the above symptoms can be asked to leave the facility. We appreciate your cooperation.
